Ate broccoli around 5 pm. Noticed it tasted a bit off, thought it was because I microwaved it. Woke up at midnight with gas and had diarrhea. Cramping started and I felt really nauseous and I started sweating and my hands went numb and I felt like I was going to faint. Seemed to all go away once the diarrhea was done. I did eat the broccoli a few days before that too and I was fine. Is it possible that I got a bad spot on the broccoli. It had been cooked in the microwave prior to this and was about 4 days old. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Sweating, Gas, Cramps
