I ate at 9pm, i had the 9oz victoria fillet mignon and brocolli and ceasar salad as my sides. I did notice the Broccoli tasted a little off everything else tasted great. I started having intense cramping around 1am, and when i was sitting in the bathroom the pain was so bad i felt myself getting light like i was about to pass out, it was waves of feeling like i was going to pass out and nausea, it ended with diharea and i had slight cramping and a headache the rest of the night but woke up fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Cramps
