The inspector’s report noted three dead mice left on glue traps in the kitchen, and “an abundance of mouse droppings and urine was observed in various areas of the food establishment. There was evidence mice had gotten into bulk food products, including holes in sugar packaging near the food line.

The inspection report notes restaurant employees were not wearing masks and were not carrying out daily COVID screening protocols.
