My husband and I stopped yesterday around noon to get a few things and to get me a turkey sandwich from there I was craving and not even two hours later my stomach started cramping real bad and I had to stop at the nearest H-E-B store to run in and go to the restroom I've had diarrhea since then, and then the vomiting started a few hours later I have never thrown up so much in my life, I then started getting real bad chills so I put tube socks on sweatshirts and couldn't get out of my bed. It took me with all my to get out of bed because I had to go to the restroom again at least another 10 times and I'm still going through it. I couldn't even walk because I had the worst stomach cramps I was bent over like I was getting stabbed. I had to call into work today because I can't even get out of bed. I'm so weak. Please have only father give me strength. I don't wish this on my worst nightmare all of this just from one turkey sandwich. I have not eaten anything since then. All I've had is two Sprites. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
