Went to mcdonalds on February 27th 2026 with my friend and her family, decided to get shamrock shake at approximately 6 at night then by 7-8 was feeling extremely nauseous then 9 was the first time I threw up. Then took some pepto to try to help then ended up falling asleep till 12am where I woke up to throw up again and my stomach was cramping so badly that I went to the er to get checked. Not sure if the issue has actually been solved but please always be careful! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
