Bloody Stool After McD's - McDonald's, Budapest

I ate yesterday evening. During the night I started to feel very bad and had blood and diarrhoea in my stool. In the morning I felt extremely dehydrated and ill. I was desperate to drink many fluids. After a while on the toilet I had awful diarrhoea and was then vomiting in the morning and have had awful pains all day. I am still in pain now over 24 hours later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool
