Chicken Sandwich Illness Outbreak - Buffalo while wings,

I ate at Buffalo wild wings and had a chicken sandwich. The next day I had a headache, fever, chills, nausea and diarrhea. I wasn't positive what it was until I had a friend and his family eat there a couple days later and have the exact same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Chills
