Had wings along with usual sides and carrots/celery along with salad. Overnight began experiencing severe back/stomache pains followed by nausea, diarrhea, and headache. Ate on evening of 12th. Wife ate similar with some discomfort next day but not as severe. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache
