Understaffed, Unappetizing, Unwell - Buffalo wild wings, Hanover Maryland

horrible experience here (05/27/2024). initially came in, most of the tables were closed because they were severely understaffed, and my party and I were made to wait a ridiculous amount of time before we were even spoken to by a waitress (our initial waitress did ask us to move to another section because she warned us they were very understaffed and she had a party of 10+ so not entirely her fault). after all that waiting and being told different things from different staff, we ended up flagging down a new waitress who was very kind and friendly. unfortunately her kind service could not make up for the fact that we REALLY did not enjoy our meal. everything came out lukewarm, way too salty, and just overall unappetizing in all aspects. imagine leaving a restaurant and thinking they should shut down!!! and to make matters worse, myself and the party i came with all ended up so sick by the time we got home!! my entire party ended up going to urgent care and we have all been suffering from food poisoning (fever, chills, nausea, non-stop vomiting & diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc). on top of that, a member of my party tried to contact the restaurant in this regard and the manager was EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! seriously disappointed (to say the least), will NOT be returning to buffalo wild wings (period) for the foreseeable future. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
