On 3/2/2024 I ate at Buffalo Wild Wings and had the Ultimate Nachos which were a little dry for my taste so I asked for more queso which I doused my plate with. The next day I got very dizzy, feeling faint and extremely hot. I threw up all the nachos and had watery diarrhea. It’s now 3/7/2024 and I’m still vomiting off and on with watery diarrhea and haven’t been able to eat anything. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness
