Not sure Stabbing pain in left side of abdomen. Soreness. Fever. It happened This morning. I cannot be sure the symptoms I’m experiencing are due to any kind of food poisoning. I just know that I didn’t experience them until after I ate there and that was the only food that day that wasn’t shared with others (who had no digestive complaints). | Symptoms: Fever, Soreness, Stomach Pain
