TRANSPARENCY: As consumer, you do have a legal right to have a look at the most recent food inspection report (that must be made available on-site at all times for review upon request) and find out when was the last time they were inspected (and the food safety violations/noncompliance) by their local health department before you even place an order - and if they refuse to show you the official report, don't order food from them again.
