18508 33rd Avenue West, Lynnwood, 98037 Washington, United States

Saturday Jan 21, 5:30-6pm. Sampler platter shared with husband. He had violent diarrhea and vomiting late that night into the next morning. I had the same on Monday Jan 23, woke up at 2 am and was sick all night and into the next day. Today is the 26th and I am back at work but still weak. Never go to any of those places again. Reported to local health dept. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
