Ate there around 11:30 am on 4/14, went home from work at 3:00pm as I started feeling bloated. Had diarrhea and intense and constant vomiting for next 6 hours. Became extremely dehydrated and would have gone to the ER if I had health insurance. Was very light headed and felt like passing out, couldn’t stop body cramps, got almost no sleep because of the constant cramping. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Bloating, Lightheaded
