Orderd a buffalo-ranch chicken sandwich on for dinner on Friday, 4/6/18. Went to bed with a mild headache, woke up early in the morning with a migraine & vomiting. Continued through the weekend. On Monday, may husband convinced me to go to the clinic & they confirmed I have Salmonella.
