I ate wings and artichoke dip. 1 hour later while getting up to leave I felt dizzy, faint and nausea. I could not make it to the bathroom but did make it out side where I tried to get air and soon after vomited all my food. Went home and stomach keeps rumbling. Also had diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness
