Food Safety Report: Buffalo Wild Wings.

12 years ago reported by user-pzdgk374

Buffalo Wild Wings
First off, I ordered my wings with sauce on the side. They were brought to my table and I started to eat. The first one, I thought tasted a bit odd, but blew it off thinking it was just me. The next one wasn't even cooked, still patially frozen. I pulled the breading off all the rest of the wings ans they were covered in a mucusy pink substance. Being safe-serve certified, I know all to well the dangers of improperly prepared food. Salmonella is no joke. I showed my dissected wings to the manager and he said it looked like I was enojoying my wings. Obvioussly if there are still 6 wings separated into two piles. the fried skin and the pink mucusy "chicken" chances are I am not enjoying the one wing I ate. I explained my concern to the manager quietly as to not create a scene since accidents do happen in a busy kitchen. He promptly told me to leave and not to say another word to anybody. I was shocked. I told him I hadn't paid yet and he responded shut up and get out or I'll ban you. Now, I'm not against Bdubs but I clearly will not be returning to this location except for when I get the results back from the lab since I grabbed the remaining wings for testing. (yes I know a few health inspectors in the area. :) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Mucus in Stools
