Additional information: Ate the grilled chicken tenders and had diarrhea 3 hours later followed by stomach pains and nausea. Didn’t start violently vomiting until 7am the following day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
