I ordered the take out of the Bulgogi Bulbap in September around noon and the food when received were not entirely hot. When I carried it back to the office in 10 min, I ate right away and the food was already semi-cold. After having the meal in about 10min, I was not feeling well already and had a bad headache. After getting home at 5:30pm, I was nausea and vomitting throught the night. That meal was the only food I ate that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
