Additional information: I never actually threw up, but I felt off directly after eating and it got worse around 30-60 minutes after. I drank activated charcoal water and started feeling better. It was mild, but whatever it was, it didn’t agree with me. I also have emetaphobia and would rather cut off my arm than throw up or feel nauseous.
Update, September 3rd:
Still having diarrhea over 24 hours later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills
