Ordered and ate the #3 (impossible with cheese) combo on 01/02/2023 @ approximately 10 pm. Around 2 am on 01/03, i started to have severe stomach cramps and feeling nauseaous. Feels like my intestines are extreme pain. It is now 04:50 am on 01/03/2023. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
