Presumed food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, HeadacheAlleged source: On Tuesday during the day I hadn't eaten anything and at 20:30 I went to Burger King to eat I ordered the usual thing Chicken Hamburgers and Sandra de Fresa and when I got home the nightmare started vomiting diarrhea fever headache nausea I vomited all night the next day I was terrible I drank some water but even that couldn't hold my stomach so I went to the emergency room and spent 3 hours with paracetamol serum for nausea after emergencies I felt better. But now the diarrhea continues and I'm waiting to be called from the medical service
