May 17 or 18 my mom and dad ate the same thing chicken tender s they went to 2 different hospital and tested positive for food poisoning my mom came home dad didn't he passed away a un timely death. It happened on May 16th or 17th my stepfather got food poisoning which is a hospital and never came home he lost his life because of this | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
