I am an athlete and due to my job as a parcel delivery man, I sometimes have little time to eat despite a lot of exercise.Since I didn't want to lose weight and hadn't eaten anything all day, I thought it was a good idea to get a lot of calories back in with a Bacon King.
It was already evening and my working day was also over. So I had time and peace to eat the burger.
About 4 hours later, I wake up in the middle of the night with severe nausea and just barely make it to the toilet and vomit my soul out of my body. Diarrhea follows shortly afterwards.
In alternation between vomiting and diarrhea, I now spend the entire night and the following day on the toilet.
I couldn't even think of eating anymore, because every sip of water or tea came out immediately from all ends.
Now I've spent €8 and lost 4 kilos of body weight in the end, although I still want to gain weight.
