Ate lunch at 2pm. I ate at Burger King today in Cuenca. I immediately got an ache in my neck and my stomach started hurting and bloating. 2 hours later I laid down and pain and aches increased. I threw up thinking that would solve it, but 15 min later started having diarrhea. Now my whole body is aching horribly and I'm freezing in my bed with a fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Bloating
