Burger King. June 23, 2018. Double whopper & chicken nuggets. Both kids who ate same thing got ill within 36 hours. One only vomited for 2 days then fine. The other vomited off and on for a week then, ended up in ER then hospital for 4 days severely ill. The poison caused inflamed appendix, bowel obstruction, debilitating abdominal pain, elevated wbc, rbc and other cbc levels. Hospital physicians stated they had other cases from same restaurant. I contacted BK quality control but, unfortunately, the lady was not concerned and told me they had no other reports and couldn't help us, even though 2 of the kids got sick off the same food.
