Chicken Sandwich Illness Suspected - Burger King, Lynn Massachusetts

My son ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, he ate one and within an hour started to have stomach pains, diarrhea and vomiting. It has been 6 hours now of this. He is in so much pain. I believe he has food poisoning. I think it might be from the lettuce they used on his sandwich. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
