I had a chicken royale before my flight, it was cold and a little flabby, with grey, old lettuce - I was so hungry that I devoured it anyway. I started feeling unwell on the flight, and when I arrived home I went straight to bed. Woke up in the middle of the night and vomited for about an hour, then all day the next day I had terrible diarrhoea. Unpleasant and unnecessary. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
