Ate the meal last night my young brother had the whopper meal. I'm 20 weeks pregnant woke up to terrible stomach pains nausea and vomiting and of course diarrhea called my physician and was told as long as I had no fever to continue to take fluids. The next day asked my brother did he feel anything and he said bad stomach cramost with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
