12/12/2025 swollen stomach, diarrhea, fever and vomiting, I am on a bland diet until the effects pass. On Friday I ate a whopper with fries and a bottle of water. When a couple of hours passed I started to feel a swollen stomach and at dawn around 3:00 it was already pain with diarrhea and vomiting, I had a shitty night you could say | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating
