9 days ago I ate an original chicken sandwich with no lettuce. Was nauseous all day. Threw up entire contents of stomach not long after. I'm starting to be concerned it might be a norovirus type thing too since I have been dealing with gastrointestinal distress ever since. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
