Chicken Nuggets Illness Alert - Burger King, Guntersville Alabama

My brother has been throwing up and having diarrhea since 8:30 AM June, 13/2026. He had chicken nuggets from Burger King in Guntersville Alabama last night before bed. I am making this report because I don't want anyone else to get sick. He is very dehydrated and can't even keep water or power ade down. I am worried about him. Please investigate the Burger King in Guntersville Alabama. We all ate there but he is the only one who ate Chicken Nuggets. Mom and him had a Chicken sandwich earlier last night and I just ate fries and my mom and I are both fine.

Update June 18th, 2026:
I was badly worried about my brother Saturday. He is a lot better now. He went to the hospital Saturday evening and went home with pills later that night. I didn't want to believe what the hospital said but it turns out he had a virus. We all got it after him but he had it the worst. The Chicken Nuggets is most likely were the virus came from but since viruses have to come from a person and can't just develop on its own out of thin air onto food. The virus probably came from a person who was sick that day or just got over the sickness and was working at the Burger King in Guntersville Alabama Friday who didn't wash her or his hands before handling the Chicken Nuggets and that is probably how my brother got sick and him leaving them out at room temperature for hours probably didn't help. Point is. If people are sick then stay home. Yeah we all need money but people should not risk the health of other people just because they need money. My family and I didn't deserve this sickness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Dehydration
