I ordered an original chicken sandwich and on my first bite the lettuce on the sandwich did not taste right. I took it off and ate another two bites and stopped because I could not get the tast out of my mouth. I started throwing up having bad cramps and diarrhea. This pain woke me up in the middle of the night. After the sandwich I did not eat anything else so it must have been something in that sandwich. This morning I still feel the same nauseous, diarrhea and cramps. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
