On my way from Hanoi to Jakarta I had a layover in the Ho Chi Minh City airport. I have always hated airplane food so I decided to buy a cheese burger and cheese sticks. I ate them on the plane. Once I landed I had diarrhea and had to stop at multiple malls on my way home for the toilet. Once I got home I started to vomit. The ordeal was over the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
