On 6/9/23 I purchased a 2 for $6 bacon kings at lunchtime. I got home around 5:30 and walked inside. I was inside maybe 5 mins about to take a shower and my whole body got chills(I was freezing). I was sweating profusely so I laid down and passed out. I woke up about to throw up. The next day I turned pale,still had the chills, sharp pain in my abdomen, and diarrhea like every 5 mins. That lasted all day yesterday and has done the same all day today and today my stool is black. I still have the sharp pain if I try to lay down, take a big drink of something, or move the wrong way. My stomach is very bloated and this is the end of 2 1/2 days and it's still very bloated. If I drink a little amount of water or anything after a minute or so I get a sharp feeling in my gut I have to go to the bathroom and when I get in there I have diarrhea. The last two times I used the bathroom in the past 2 hours it's been black stool and very very ittle urine that didn't come out unless I squeezed like I was pooping. I feel weak and my neck and shoulders feel like I've been working out for a month straight. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Bloating, Stomach Pain
