Stopped by on Monday 5/22/2017 bought a side salad with ranch and a 10 piece order of nuggets, felt ill right away, upset stomach, chills and fever all night on the 22nd, no fever on the 23rd but 3 days late still have Diarrhea stomach and no real apatite but know I still need to eat. Think it was the salad never again ever | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Loss of Appetite
