went to the the burger king in Leicester square before heading to Cineworld cinema. Ordered Amsterdam Angus supreme and a Steakhouse for myself. Its the only food ive eaten all day apart from my usual protein shake after gym as normal.
I got home and later started feeling unwell. I begun vomiting right through the entire night and having cold shaky sweats.
