Bought a chimichanga burger with onions rings and a drink meal. Soon after eating it, I felt like I wanted to burp and didn’t feel right. Got on a coach and fell asleep. When I awoke, I felt nauseous, feverish, cold, sweating profusely and wanted to be sick. I didn’t have the strength to get up out of my seat and worst case scenario was that I would have been sick in my seat. I tried to distract my mind and managed to hold off until we got to a service station. I managed to get myself off the coach and to the toilet. I had diarrhoea and was vomiting violently. We only had twenty minutes layover on the coach, so I had to sort my self out quickly! Symptoms continued throughout the night. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Sweating
