After flight I get out in Luton at 4pm and went to Burger King. I ordered a slightly more expensive Aberden Angus sandwich with two pattas. I returned home around 9 p.m. I started vomiting and had diarrhea all night long, with a temperature of 37.5 degrees. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
