Wife and I took granddaughter and had sandwich lunch with crisps and salad Saturday lunchtime. Granddaughter did not eat the salad. bought 2 packs of pachoi and only the food we ate 2days ago my wife got all the symptoms after 1 hour and I ate little bit of pachoi vege and feel medium symptoms of the poisoning we still got another pack of pachoi in the fridge  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Thursday night. My hubby went to his sons house & they both ate iceland beef wellington. Both ill now. Plus a child. Iceland beef wellington Dunstable. GP has confirmed it is food poisoning. Deeply sleeping for hours after vomiting & diarrhoea on the third day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
