I purchased a chocolate shake around 9:30 pm. I drank the shake and proceeded to go to bed. I had slight stomach pain immediately but that that was due to drinking it so fast. Around 1230 I woke up sweating from every crevice of my body, sneezing uncontrollably, and excruciating stomach pain. I literally felt like someone was stabbing me in my lower stomach. I lived on the toilet the next two hours. I simultaneously vomited and diarrheal at the same time. The stomach pain was one of the worst pains I have ever experienced.
