BK Breakfast Norovirus Outbreak - Burger King, Grand Island Nebraska

My fiancé & I ate their breakfast sandwiches Sunday Morning & by 1pm we both fell violently ill! We had nothing else to eat or drink so we know it was . On top of being violently ill both vomiting & diarrhea, I do not have a colon so became terribly dehydrated very quickly! We had chills, fever, everything & both ended up in the ER Sunday night. They did blood work, urine analysis, & bowel cultures. Turns out someone at Burger King did not wash their hands & handled food with fecal matter on them! ?? So we got the Norovirus & another similar virus. It’s Wednesday now & my fiancé is doing better because he has a miraculous immune system but I am still miserable & fighting the viruses as well as fighting to stay hydrated which is very difficult since I don’t have a colon. Might need to be hospitalized before the week is over. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
