Whopper Suspected Tampering - Burger King, Gallipolis Ohio

I am not sure what happened. I ate a Whopper sandwich. I was very hungry so I didn’t notice that it made my lips feel hot. Not hot from cooking or a spice, just hot like they were burning. By the time I got home, about 30 minutes later, I had terrible cramps in my stomach and I felt nauseous. A fever and headache developed about an hour later. I don’t think this was food poisoning. I think my food was tampered with. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Headache
