Had Whopper on my way to work Wed night. Started to feel nauseous then in morning barely made it home was like a faucet opened. Went to ER on Friday night gave me a liter of fluid drew blood and gave me Cipro. Abdominal cramping persists . Had a fever 102 intially that subsided. Someone from DPH should look into this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
