We are under stay at home orders due to COVID-19, ordered delivery from there, part of my order was delivered and the other I had to pick up due to a mistake. The whopper that was delivered was the one my daughter ate at about 6-7 pm the next morning she called me crying at 9am as I stepped out to get my belongings from the office to work from home and she was crying due to all the vomiting and pain. Ended up at the ER they had to give her an IV due to dehydration. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Dehydration
