I ordered Poutine and Whopper burger through Drive-thru on September 10, 2021 at 11:08pm. My mom ate poutine, and I ate Whopper, then we both had diarrhea. We did not eat any other food. I called them at 11:35pm to report our diarrhea, but the store was closed. I called on Sept 11, 12, 13, multiple times in each day, but it was just voice recording that does not allow to leave voice message as inbox was full. So I went to the store on Sept 14, 2021 at 7:05pm, and talked to staff, who said that their manager was not there. He would not give me manager's phone number. So I left a paper note for manager to call me back the next day, but he never called me. As a consumer, I am writing to seek help and protection for consumers. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other
