Suspected source: Whopper Sandwich

Additional information: Burger King, after nicely reminding the drive thru cashier that my order last time was wrong. She assured me she would, "hook me up this time". I thought this was a reassurance, not a threat. A few hours after eating the whopper I had horrible food poisoning symptoms.
