Got a double cheeseburger. ate it around 8pm. 4:30 am i wake up with severe nausea so i run to the bathroom and throw up. Having had food poisoning 2 times before I knew I was in for a long morning. Threw up about every 30 minutes so violently sometimes that I almost feinted from weakness. Had to call in sick to work. That was the only thing I ate that day so its pretty obvious who the culprit is. Thank god it ended around 11am. That was a painful 7 hours with no nausea medication. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
