5/30/19, 6pm ish ate the crispy chicken parm sandwich, mozzarella sticks and about 5 onion rings. By 3am this am, horrific diarrhea, vomiting and chills. And to be graphic, it smells just like it did going in so no question. Feel like I am dying. Cramps so bad they are making my ovaries hurt. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
