On the late evening of Mar 2, 2018 approx 10:30 pm I pulled up to the window and ordered a cheeseburger special promo w/ two cheeseburgers and a drink. The window server said she was the only one working, everyone called off. She was polite. I ate the food and approximately 2am i was in gastric distress w/ diarrhea and vomiting as stated which this happened twice during the night. It passed through but in the process I hit my toe and broke it due to the emergency run! Yes, I had to see the physician about this incident. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
